Research On Adjustment Method Of General Land Use Planning Based On Multiple Planning Integration

With the development of economy and society,the demand for natural resources is growing stronger and stronger.China is one of the fast developing countries in the world.Chinese GDP and many other socio-economic indicators have been ranked in the forefront of the world,however,compared with this huge economic development,natural resources are usually wasted or even polluted.Peopleare facing a severe problem that they are almost shortage of natural resources.If we do not correct this phenomenon,there will be no resources for and the economy will make no progressus in the near future.In this way,Chinese government makes sure that the resources will be reasonably developed,utilized and protected in the future task of China.All human activities are on the land.After years of evolution,the population on earth is growing.Therefore,the consumption of resources is growing as well.Land resource is non-renewable resource.It will be easily ruined if miss used.In this way,states should make land use planning in order to use land resources rationally and protect land according to its location.A rational land use planning will make full use of land.In other words,it will provide the life people want.In the new round of planning,according to the current state of social development,Chinese government regards "ecological environment" as an important prerequisite and claims that all ecological area should be protected.Ecological protection zone,natural scenic area,river,lake,wetlands and many other areas have a huge influence on environment.Therefore,it is forbidden to build houses in these area.The new plan both protects ecological land and makes good use of other land,so that the government can achieve their sustainable development goal."Multiple planning integration" is vigorously promoted in planning in recent years.It is aimed at solving the current problems in planning such astoo many plans,conflicts between plans,conflict betweenplans and reality.The central idea of "Multiple planning integration" is that all kinds of planning can be coordinated with each other and government should come up with a way to make such plans working together.Until now,many cities have found ways to do "Multiple planning integratio",but Chinese government is still trying to find a better method.This paper mainly studies the method of adjusting and perfecting the general land use planning based on the idea of "multiple planning integration".It wants to find a better way to adjust the general land use planning which can integrate the concept of "multiple planning integration" into the process.Therefore,the requests and demands of other plans can be shown in the general land use planning.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Carefully study various planning.Have a better understand of planning requirements,planning background,planning aims,etc.Sum up the basis and principles of "multiple planning integration".Compare them with general land use planning.Make a list of indicators.Therefore,it will be easier to adjust general land use planning according to the requirements of other spatial planning.(2)Establish a process of coordinating the general land use planning with other plans.In the process,researcher should always keep requirements of other spatial plans in mind.In the end,it will be a good process and shows "multiple planning integration" all the way during the adjustment.
