Hexi Corridor is a place with long history and splendid culture. Thus,it has a significant advantage and resources to develop local tourism. However,in recent years, with Hexi Corridor tourism is becoming more and more popular,it has caused a lot of damages in local ecological system, such as desertification, the rising of Qilian Mountains snowline, grassland degradation and the tension between people and land, which shows that the traditional tourism development models are not suitable for the Hexi Corridor, considering the local ecosystem is fragile. Therefore,to find a tourism model which not only can help to develop local tourist industry and increase residents' incomes but also are eco-friendly and are conducive to raise people's awareness of environmental protection is necessary for relevant authorities. This article reviews the relevant literature about the “Travel +”,the network service platforms and ecological tourism development modes and also draw from the Yellowstone National Park mode,Rocktail Bay's community participation model and Qingdao's tourism industry integration mode.According to the problems existing in the development of ecotourism in Hexi Corridor and the actual situation and from the perspective of “Tourism + network service platform”,this article tried to build three modes of district-based intelligent development model,“ network service platform + enterprise + community residentscommittee + community residents”community participation model and cross-border integration, which are protected by some measures putted forward and try to provide more theoretical and practical guidance for Hexi Corridor tourism development.
