The Study On The Construction Of China's University Think Tanks Under The View Of Marxism System

In the historical process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the role of think tanks has become increasingly prominent.The challenges of the new era and the level of think tanks construction are related to the economic and social development of our country.Think tanks can not only serve for the decision-making of the government but also contribute to social development.Being important tools for modernizing the country's governance system and governance capabilities,they are also an important factor to the shaping of the country's soft power.The university think tanks have their unique advantages that favors the compensations for the shortcomings of the traditional ones and nowadays they are indispensable elements in the construction of new think tanks in China.In recent years,China's university think tanks have developed rapidly and have a certain influence at home and abroad.However,the current university think tank is facing many difficulties in the process of construction,such as insufficient research ability,weak linkage,research contribution and influence is not big,insufficient external environmental support and so on.The reasons for this are as follows: researchers do not have an in-depth understanding of society,and the theory and practice are out of touch;there are few internal communication among think tanks in universities,and there is a lack of synergistic awareness among think tanks in universities;the guiding ideology is ambiguous,and it is difficult to give full play to decision-making and consulting functions;the lack of public understanding of the university think tank leads to a lack of understanding of the importance of the university think tank construction.Therefore,it is necessary to guide the construction of China's university think tank with Marxism system.First,clarify the guiding principles for the construction of think tanks in universities in China,adhere to the guidance of Marxist theory,reflect the characteristics of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,abide by political rules,and to serve the people.Second,university think tanks research capacity building,improve the overall quality of researchers,establish a new research team,and enhance decision-making consulting capabilities of think tanks.Third,university think tanks structure construction,integrate internal resources of university think tanks,promote the collaborative development of university think tanks,and strengthen contact between domestic and foreign university think tanks.Fourth,build the function of think tanks in universities,improve the quality of research results,clarify the needs of government decisions,expand social influence,and build a Chinese discourse system.Fifth,the external environment construction of university think tanks,policy support has been increased,funding channels have been broadened,academic atmosphere has been created,and awareness of think tanks has been established.This paper is based on national conditions of China,based on the practice of the public,using the Marxism system to guide the construction of China's university think tanks.It can not only enrich the theoretical basis for the construction of university think tanks but also provide a corresponding basis for the construction of higher education think tanks in China.The proposal is in order to accelerate the pace of the construction of university think tanks and improve the soft power of China.
