Research On The Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization In Guang Xi

The new urbanization is the power of agricultural modernization,and modern agricultural is the support of new urbanization.The coordinated development of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization is the inevitably choice to promote the sound and rapid economic development in the period of new normal.Based on the current status of social economy,the resources and environment in Guangxi,the strategy of coordinated development plays a vital role in the overall economic development and the promotion of comprehensive benefit of Guangxi.The strategy also promotes the construction of the Belt and Road and China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.Firstly,the paper analyses the connotation of new urbanization and agricultural modernization,the current situation of the economic development of Guangxi and its particularity,and puts forward some norms and uses coupling harmonious degree model to measure the level of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization.Secondly,econometric model is constructed based on the 2006-2015 data of Guangxi.Thirdly,with the help of the related research,the paper finds out the factors influencing the coordinated development of Guangxi,which includes the proportion of the second and third industry practitioners,industrialization level,the economic growth rate,GDP per capital,unit agricultural machinery total power,effective irrigation area of cultivated land area,and the ordinary high school graduation number per ten thousand people.Taking the situation of Guangxi into consideration,the paper puts forwards suggestions to speed up the construction of new urbanization and agricultural modernization based on the results of the empirical analysis.First,urban population density should be increased,and more rural surplus labors should be transferred to cities.Second,the mode of economic development should be transformed,and the industrial structure should be optimized and upgraded.Third,development among regions should be coordinated,and the new urbanization development system should be improved.Fourth,the rural land transfer system should be implemented,and the investment in agricultural science and technology should be increased.Fifth,the construction of the rural infrastructure should be improved,and the level of rural modernization should be enhanced.Sixth,more new modern farmers should be cultivated,and the level of agricultural management should be enhanced.Based on the research of the coordinated development of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Guangxi,the paper proposes the measures to promote the development,and provides references for the coordinated development in other regions in China.
