As China's economy grows,the Traditional Chinese medicine enterprises are also growing.In the management of the Traditional Chinese medicine enterprises,human resource is an important part.Of Traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in the fierce competition in the market to survive,to improve the competitiveness,we must put great emphasize on the role of staff incentives in the enterprise,and develop the internal potential of enterprise,enhancing human resources from doing all kinds of talent accumulation,effectively play the role of employee incentives,and promote the development of enterprises.Taking Beijing Tongrentang Technologies Company as a research object to literature as a guide,through questionnaires,interviews with personnel methods,data analysis,this paper comprehensive summarized the development context Beijing Tongrentang Technologies Company staff motivation,basic principles,basic content and specific practices.Tong Ren Tang Technologies Company in accordance with individual needs and business goals combined with personalized incentives and humane incentives combined with material incentives and mental stimulation combined with a combination of open and fair justice,the principle of positive incentives and negative incentives combining formulated to pay system,the welfare system,spiritual rewards,promotion promotion,communication management,incentives and punishment mechanism for the main content,and achieved good results.Operating performance and business performance,employee motivation,happiness index,cultural identity has been greatly improved.However,Tong Ren Tang Technologies employees incentives there are some problems in the actual operation,need to strengthen the cultural construction,improve frontline staff salaries and benefits,employee expectations reasonable guide,career planning and other aspects of positive improvement.
