Research On Enhancing The Competitiveness Of Eco-Industrial Park

Eco-Industrial Park is a new carrier of modern industrial development, the competitiveness of Eco-Industrial Park is conducive to the realization of the Made in China 2025 strategy. In the situation of the international and domestic competition increasing, and the construction of ecological civilization increasingly important, the Eco-Industrial Park must be in accordance with the requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development, sustainable development and other requirements, to achieve coordinated development of economic, environmental and social benefits of the park and enhance the competitiveness of the park.Based on the research of ecological industrial park and its competitiveness, the theoretical basis and the actual situation of the park development, the actual development of the typical Eco- Industrial Park at home and abroad, this paper has described the competitive status of Eco-Industrial Park, and put forward the problems of weakness of the cluster capacity of the park, policy and financial support inadequately,deficiency of the ability to innovate of enterprise,the weakness of environmental capacity, insufficient of management capability. This paper constructs the competitiveness evaluation indicator system of Eco-Industrial Park, including seven secondary indicators and 27 third level indicators, the seven secondary indicators including economic development, scientific research ability, cluster level, input level,environmental benefits, social benefits, park management. Taking Minle Eco-Industrial Park as a case, the paper makes a detailed evaluation of its competitiveness, and according to the evaluation results of its competitiveness ,sums up the problems encountered in the development of Minle Eco-Industrial Park. Finally, the paper puts forward measures to improve the competitiveness of Minle Eco-Industrial Park. In the economic development: strengthen the construction of project, give priority to the development of leading industries, create a favorable environment for the development of enterprises. In the scientific research ability: increase research funding, strengthen the enterprise innovation ability, cultivate talents actively.in the cluster level: create high-end industrial clusters,enterprises in the park strengthen exchanges and cooperation with other countries, strengthen exchanges and cooperation within the enterprise. In the input level: improve the infrastructure of the park, increase the financial investment. In the environmental benefits: strengthen environmental legislation, pay attention to energy conservation and emission reduction,and improve the comprehensive utilization of resources.In the social benefits: increase the income of staff in the park and increase staff training.In the park management: implement the system conscientiously, and strengthen cooperation with the government and enterprises.
