Recently,the environmental issue becomes increasingly prominent and a high level training system is necessary under current brutal competition circumstance,during the age of knowledge economy.This dissertation based on the importance and characteristics of training for wind power firms and the improvement suggestions are given on the aspect of strategic positioning of talented person,structure reforming,resource constructing,talents cultivating and course constructing,etc.This dissertation illustrates the framework of a neoteric training management mode for wind power firm after analyzing the necessity and feasibility of new mode constructing.Secondly,the reasonable scheme and proper method are chosen,based on the huge demand of training course.Thirdly,the transformation and application of training results and evaluation of training results were paid more attention during the whole implementation process.The core of this method is the training evaluation exists throughout the whole process and the necessary of cooperating among various parties is emphasized.According the current developing circumstance of wind power industry and the internal personnel training situation of firms,this dissertation build a complete coverage construction of talent cultivation system.The following issues are focused and solved in this dissertation:Firstly,the training system constructing is improved,and the responsibilities of all stakeholders in training system are defined.Secondly,the importance of training capacity building is highlighted and a clear organizational system of training is established.By combining the personal career development with talent training system and offering the corresponding training services,a full post qualification certification and job description of employee's career development channel are provided.Finally,the effect of training is promoted by strengthening development and integration of training resources.
