With the advent of information technology and the acceleration of globalization, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to control costs,most companies take short-term employment and other flexible manner,which on one hand reduce the cost of human resources,on the other hand break the employee’s stable workplace.The survey show that along with the acceleration of social transformation and organizational measures such as layoffs,the phenomenon of job burnout is common when they face their own pay and reward is not proportional.Besides,it is particularly serious in the 1980s and 1990s.Therefore,the job burnout has become the epidemic of new generation of staff.From the perspective of job insecurity,this paper establish a relational model of job burnout and job insecurity after reviewing some theoretical research and combining with the characteristics of the new generation of employees,and put the fun at work as the moderator.The article also used questionnaires to survey the new generation of employees,212 valid questionnaires were collected,and then use statistical software SPSS22.0 and AMOS 17.0 to do some analysis on the collected data.The main conclusions:(1) the number of job insecurity, the quality of job insecurity have significant positive effect on every dimension of job burnout;(2) fun at work plays a regulatory role in the relationship between job insecurity and job burnout.Finally,we put forward some suggestions of human resource management practices,trying to help organizations to take effective measures to reduce employees’ job insecurity and reduce burnout phenomenon.Firstly,at the organizational level,companies should develop appropriate and timely evaluation of the program to find employees’ job insecurity and job burnout phenomenon,and to take the training,salary incentives and other measures to reduce their perception of job insecurity,alleviate the symptoms of burnout.Secondly,at the leadership level,busines leaders should concern with working conditions and career development of staff,create a pleasant working environment.Finally,the level of individual employees,when face no secure working environment and hopeless job prospects,employees should timely adjust their mentality to determine their own reasonable position.
