| From 2007 to 2015,95 leading talents have been supported by Suzhou New District,including 87 entrepreneurial talents,91.57% of total talents and 8 innovative talents,accounting for 8.43% of the total.The total investment in scientific research is7,247,000 yuan.Implementation,achievement and benefit,problems and reasons in policy implementation are analyzed from the three aspects of policy formulation,policy implementation and policy feedback in Suzhou leading talent project,and suggestions for improvement were put forward.In this paper,taking year 2007-2015 Suzhou New District leading talent as the sample,through investigation and interview on staff of Science and Technology Bureau and other units of Suzhou New District,implementation situation,use of scientific research funds and home subsidies and matching funds were analyzed in Suzhou Leading Talent Plan year 2007-2015. |
