With the transformation of market economy and company management system,the competition between companies becomes more and more fierce;The competition among companies is actually the competition of products,and behind the product competition is the competition of technology and talents.Talent assessment technology can quickly and accurately meet the needs of comprehensively measuring and predicting talents,provide timely,comprehensive and systematic information on human resource changes,reflect the allocation status and scientific degree of human resource,and promote the streamlining of the organization and the optimization of personnel.Talent assessment has become an indispensable tool in modern management,and provides the basis for all links of human resource management,makes human resource planning more scientific and reasonable,and formulates the best human resource strategy for the organization.This text analyzes and studies the talent assessment of S company,which can enable S company to comprehensively and deeply understand the quality of talents,realize the quality complementarity among team members,form a consistent core value,so as to improve the overall combat effectiveness of the team,and provide assistance for S company to achieve rapid development and maintain its own advantages.Based on the research of talent assessment theory and literature,this text analyzes the problems in talent assessment of S company by using case study method,and puts forward appropriate solutions.Considering the lack of systematic construction of talent assessment in S company,the optimization of talent assessment is systematically expounded from the following aspects:the purpose and guiding principle of talent assessment optimization,the establishment of talent assessment working group and the improvement of the professionalism of team members,the optimization of talent assessment standards,the combination of talent assessment methods,and the optimization suggestions for talent assessment application in human resource,all above can enhances the integrity and continuity of company human resources management.Finally,it is proposed that S company should provide guarantee measures for the application of talent assessment in S company from the aspects of organization guarantee,system guarantee,informatization guarantee and corporate culture guarantee,so as to improve the scientificity,objectivity and effectiveness of talent assessment in S company.The research on the optimization and application of talent assessment has improved the human resource management system of S company,provided great assistance for the construction of talent team of S company,and also provided a direction for further talent assessment.At the same time,it has certain reference and guiding significance for the establishment and optimization of talent assessment system of other companies.
