With Economic integration in the current,innovation-driven development under the background of talent is the core power of enterprise development,especially the development of r&d talent reserve,training,use,directly affect the enterprise's management level and technical innovation,only r&d people is enough,to lead the enterprises to achieve leapfrog development,in fact,most companies face development present situation of brain drain,and uncertainty of worker team and don't deal with,this will seriously affect the operation of enterprise development,therefore how to effectively keep the enterprise research and development personnel,become the enterprise managers focus on the problem.Research starting point is to investigate the influence factors of the brain drain,on the basis of statistical analysis,proposed targeted measures,of as much as possible to reduce the rate of brain drain,ensure BOCO Intel-Telecom Co.,Ltd healthy and orderly development.Firstly,the background and significance of the research on enterprise brain drain are analyzed.On the basis of research results at home and abroad for reference,combining with the million BOCO Intel-Telecom Co.,Ltd present situation,development prospect,enterprise-personal fit,enterprise external environment,the working conditions of the enterprise,the enterprise internal environment,such as material base index of six class twenty-six secondary index as the empirical variables,the influence factors of brain drain through the design,distribution and recycling questionnaire,analyze the influence factors,provide attractive career development planning,increase the targeted training,competitive salary welfare system design,establish quantifiable performance appraisal system,attaches great importance to the practicability of the enterprise culture construction and other measures to prevent the brain drain.Thus,employee satisfaction and employee loyalty are improved,and the turnover rate of enterprises is effectively reduced.At the same time,it can also provide some reference for similar enterprises to prevent r&d brain drain.
