| With the coming of information age,the production and operation of Chinese enterprises have changed profoundly.The traditional business model that mainly relies on physical and mechanical energy is gradually replaced by intelligence,knowledge and technological innovation have become the key to the success of enterprises in the fierce market competition.As we all know,organizational innovation can not be separated from the development of creativity,and leaders play very important roles in enterprises' process of innovation and development,their leadership styles have significant relationship with creativity.In the long time,the most of leadership research has focused on positive or effective leadership and their positive effects on employee creativity and organizational innovation,as well as the mechanism of them,while less focused on the "dark side" of leadership-distructive leadership and its potential impacts on employees,team creativity and organizational innovation.This article operates the team in enterprises as the research objects and uses the questionnaire survey to collect the sample data.On the basis of literature review on the existing distructive leadership,team emotions and creativity,we explore the relationship and mechanism between destructive leadership and team creativity in enterprises under the Innovative scenario,including the two contents as follows.First,we research on the influence of distructive leadership on team creativity.Second,when distructive leadership has a significant impact on team creativity,we explore the influence mechanism of distructive leadership on team creativity.The correlation analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis were used to draw the following conclusion in this paper.First,destructive leadership has negative effects on team creativity,that is to say,the more destructive leadership in the team,the lower the level of team creativity.Second,team negative emotion plays partially mediating effects on the relationship of destructive leadership and team creativity,that is to say,not only destructive leadership has directive effects on team creativity,but also has indirective influence on team creativity by influencing team negative emotion.The research conclusion benefits for enterprises to timely realize and prevent the harmful impacts of destructive leadership on team creativity,and also has certain reference significance for organizational innovation practice.We arrange the article structure six chapters in this paper.Firstly,the thesis introduces the research background,the research questions,the research goal and the significance of the research,Secondly,The article gives a detailed explanation of the core concepts,and then puts forward the research model and hypothesis of this article.Finally,the paper uses empirical methods to draw conclusions. |
