The Research On Investment Risk Management Of XC Comprehensive Development Project Of Shunde

After the two sessions in 2015,the central and local governments have launched trillions of PPP projects.But in the past 3 years,the effect is not ideal from the implementation of the PPP project at all levels.If we want to play the role of the PPP project,we must study the investment risk of the PPP project,strengthen the risk management,and promote the healthy development of the PPP project.Based on the research of the risk management of the XC comprehensive development project of Shunde,this paper discusses the basic situation of the XC comprehensive development project of Shunde.The paper carries out financial evaluation of the project from the aspects of operation mode,business condition,investment and financing scale and economic benefit analysis.And it uses Delphy Fa and checklist method to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the actual situation of XC comprehensive development project of Shunde,identify the risk of the project,and has established 5 first level risk indicators and 17 risk index system of two level risk index.According to the risk identification situation of Shunde XC comprehensive development project,AHP is applied to determine the weight of the first level risk index and the two level risk index,and in this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk.The results show that the risk level is as follows:level III risk.In this paper,the risk factors of the Shunde XC comprehensive development project are evaluated,and the factors affecting the risk of the Shunde XC comprehensive development project are analyzed.This paper analyzes the risk factors of the risk of the XC comprehensive development project of Shunde,aiming at the evaluation of the risk grade of the XC comprehensive development project of Shunde.This paper puts forward the risk control measures of XC comprehensive development project of Shunde,from 5 aspects,such as industry risk,financing risk,capital recovery risk,management organization risk and time limit risk and so on.
