Strategic alliance is an important means for enterprises to realize complementary advantages, share resources, and reduce risks. They will concentrate their resources on the role of economies of scale. However,in the long-term cooperation process, due to differences in management style such as decision-making style and communication mechanisms, alliance companies lead to the emergence of coalition conflicts, which in turn triggers the emergence of alternative problems for coalition partners, which makes the coalition companies tend to search for more suitable alliances. The new partner is not conducive to the operation and development of the original strategic alliance, thereby reducing the stability of the alliance. Therefore,it is worthwhile to explore the influence mechanism of alliance enterprise management style and alliance conflict on partner substitutability.Based on combing and analyzing the current research status at home and abroad, this study defines the concept of strategic alliance corporate management style differences, alliance conflict, partner substitutability, information sharing and trust, and conducts the dimensional division of alliance conflict and information sharing.Secondly, explore the relationship between management style differences, alliance conflicts, information sharing, trust and partner substitutability, propose research hypotheses and establish a moderation model with alliance conflicts as a mediator, and introduce them on the basis of the mediation model. The degree of information sharing and trust,as moderators, build an overall model of management style differences, alliance conflicts, and partner substitutability relationships. Before carrying out a large sample survey, this paper first conducted reliability analysis and validity analysis of each variable through small sample pre-questionnaire data to improve data quality. Then, this study conducted multiple regression analysis on 418 valid questionnaire data and verified the hypothesis. Finally, based on the results of the study, management insights are drawn and future research directions are forecasted. The research results show that the differences in management styles of strategic alliances have an positive effect on task conflicts, process conflicts and relationship conflicts;the differences in management styles of strategic alliances have an positive effect on the partner substitutability;task conflicts, process conflicts and relationship conflicts have an positive effect on the partner substitutability.Taskconflicts, process conflicts, and relationship conflicts play a role of partial mediation between management style differences and partner substitutability;different degrees of information sharing play different moderate roles in the management style differences and three types of alliance conflicts;different levels of trust play different roles in the regulation of three types of alliance conflicts and partner substitutability. The degree of information sharing has an negatively moderate effect between management style differences and task conflicts, has an negatively moderate effect between management style differences and relationship conflicts, and has no significant moderate effect between management style differences and process conflicts.Trust negatively moderates between task conflicts and partner substitutability, negatively moderates the relationship between relationship conflicts and partner substitutability, and has no significant moderate effect between process conflicts and partner substitutability.
