A Research On The Sustainable Livelihood Of The Land-lost Farmers In Jingning County From The Perspective Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

As we all know,poverty is a stubborn disease in human society,and it is people's wish to get rid of poverty and live an abundant life.With China's accelerated development of industrialization,informatization and new urbanization,urban construction land scale has grown exponentially.This makes more and more farmers lose their land,which is the fundamental guarantee for their survival,thus increasing the potential risks of land-lost farmers being reduced to impoverishment.Reports of the 19th National Congress of the CPC clearly state the new tasks and requirements in order to win the battle of poverty alleviation with a firm determination.It is a serious commitment made by the communist party to the people to truly alleviate poverty in rural areas on the previous standards.Therefore,it becomes an urgent social issue as well as an academic focus to solve the problem of lost-land farmers' poverty and achieve sustainable livelihood.Focusing on the sustainable livelihood of the land-lost farmers in Jinning County,Gansu and basing on the relevant theories like statistics and Max's Land Theory,the author realistically analyses the current situations,existing problems and influenced factors of the sustainable livelihood of the land-lost farmers there from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation.Meanwhile,she also summarizes universal experience from both home and abroad and puts forward particular approaches to this problem,aiming to find the corresponding way.This paper includes 6 chapters:the first chapter is the introduction,which systematically expounds the paper's source of subject,research significance,research background at home and abroad,research methods and innovations;Chapter 2 elaborates the relevant theories and basic meanings of the research of land-lost farmers and their sustainable livelihood as well as Max's relevant land theories.The third chapter makes a brief analysis on the current situation and existing problems of the livelihood of the land-lost farmers in Jingning county based on the research data showed through the questionnaires.The fourth part explains the reasons from the perspective of history,land-lost farmers themselves and policy.The fifth chapter mainly states the experience and enlightenment gained from the practice paths of the sustainable livelihood of the land-lost farmers from home and abroad.The last chapter is about the solutions and advice.
