Flow management is the product of the development of telecommunication industry and mobile Internet industry.It integrates a series of business marketing activities,such as optimization of business model,upgrading of product function,expansion of flow scale and enhancement of value connotation.To become the core business and revenue source of current operators is also an important direction of the strategic transformation of the telecommunications industry.It is also an effective way to avoid the threat of telecommunications pipeline.At present,China Mobile and even global operators have clearly defined the business strategy of transforming from voice flow service to mobile data service.However,in the face of fierce competition in the data service market and the increasing threat from mobile Internet application providers to enter data service,telecom operators pay more and more attention to driving the growth of flow scale through increasing the value of flow.Different from the traditional voice service,mobile flow business marketing is based on the understanding of consumer flow application requirements.Through accurate positioning of the target market,they provide targeted products and services process for different types of customer groups.The implementation of effective flow business marketing can not only enhance the value of flow attributes,but also cultivate and guide the habits of consumer flow use habits,so as to achieve a sustainable and healthy growth of flow business scale.Based on the concept of data usage management and marketing theory,this paper analyzes the current situation,marketing system,industry environment and market demand of China Mobile S Company,and finds out the problems existing in the current data business marketing management.With the help of detailed market demand research,the target market is re-segmented and positioned.And then,on the basis of the original 4P theory of business marketing strategy,based on the marketing 4C theory as the perspective,optimization and improvement suggestions are proposed.Finally,this paper summarized the research results,and summarizes the corresponding experience.
