Research On The Influencing Factors Of Peasants' Willingness To Transfer Homestead

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the quality of life of farmers has been obviously improved,but the planning and management of rural land use in China is not perfect,and the idle situation of rural homestead is more serious at the present stage.Therefore,it is a problem that can not be ignored in the current rural development of China.The reform of homestead system is the key to solve this problem.In the course of carrying out the reform of homestead,it is necessary to further realize the invigorating operation of idle homestead,and to further improve its allocation efficiency.Therefore,in this process,a key element is to attach importance to the circulation of homestead use rights.Based on the analysis of the practice of Jinzhai County in the reform of the house base system and the historical changes and the present situation of China ' s house base system,this paper analyzes the concept and connotation of the house base,points out the defects and problems existing in the current house base system.Based on the analysis and comparison of the main influencing factors of the transfer and withdrawal of the farmer households in Nanjing Village and Liangting Village,this paper studies and discusses the core influence factors of the two villages.In the course of the study,the author makes a study on the core influence of the two villages.Based on the in-depth discussion,the author makes a comparison between the two research results.At the same time,the paper analyses and studies how to effectively carry out the inventory of the idle house and the lawful circulation and withdrawal of the right to use the house.The results show that the market of homestead circulation has great potential in rural areas.The higher the education level of the farmers,the younger they are,the more willing they are to transfer the homestead,and the more the total family population is,the less they are willing to carry out the homestead transfer;in the economically developed regions,there are often more rural homestead numbers,in which case,It is willing to transfer homestead,but for some economically backward areas,it is often unwilling to transfer homestead.In order to rationally allocate the homestead resources and revitalize the idle homestead in the vast rural areas of China,it is necessary to supplement and perfect the relevant laws on the homestead,and to improve the current homestead.The present situation of the base carries on the comprehensive investigation.If the conditions permit,we can use the homestead in a paid way,which requires the realization of scientific and effective homestead circulation and the construction of the paid withdrawal mechanism.Inthis process,the government should strengthen the role of control.To carry on the reasonable guidance to it.
