Research On The Content System Of The Urban Construction Land Reduction Growth Plan

Based on the study of domestic and foreign construction land growth planning,urban construction land scale,reducing the meaning of the construction land intensive evaluation system and some related theory,in principle,analysis the necessity of urban construction land planning study on growth.Through the study of the basic situation of the study area,namely,Hefei City,according to the construction land in Hefei is close to the ceiling of the total amount of planning,and the utilization of the construction land has a large problem,it is necessary to judge the ten points of the research on the development of the urban construction land reduction growth plan for the research area.Under such a premise,we should study how to develop urban construction land reduction growth plan.According to the research rules,choosing the evaluation index and its weight,setting up the evaluation model of urban construction land intensive use,using the model combined with statistical data to calculate the intensive use of urban construction land for 2012-2016 in Hefei.The results show that the intensive use of urban construction land is decreasing during the 2012-2016 period of urban construction land in Hefei.With the development of the city,the required indexes are still expanding,but the degree of intensive use of construction land is getting lower and lower.In the case of low intensive utilization of construction land,combined with other related data in Hefei,the potential of construction land in Hefei is calculated.Through calculation,it can be found that there is a lot of potential for urban construction land in Hefei to be excavated.On the basis of data calculation,we can better formulate the content system of urban construction land reduction growth planning.On the basis of the previous data research,it is proposed that the construction of the urban construction land reduction growth planning system should focus on the "negative list","positive list" and the conditional entry list of the industry and project,and build a good guarantee system,which needs to achieve a good coordination with the overall planning of land use.
