Research On Operation Mechanism Of New Research And Development Institutions In China

In recent years,a large number of new R&D institutions different from traditional ones have emerged in China.They break through the limitations of region,organization,and technology of traditional scientific research institutions,and have the characteristics of innovativeness,flexibility and advancement in aspects of investment construction body,managerial operating mechanism,etc.This paper elaborates on the nature and characteristics,formation and development of new R&D institutions,as well as discusses its operating mechanism with Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology,CAS as an example providing references for the construction and development of new R&D institutions in China.This paper is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,according to the current research status,this paper reviews the literature and presents problems.The second chapter analyzes the essential connotation of the new R&D institutions,its "four-in-one" organizational pattern,twofold positioning of organizational objectives,the seamless connection between the industrial chain and the innovation chain,the operation mode of enterprise and the characteristics of taking the road of internationalization.The third chapter describes the background of the formation of the new R&D institutions and analyzes its development process.Chapter four identifies the main actors in the new R&D institutions and builds the actor network model for new R&D institutions.Chapter five discusses the actor network operation mechanism of new R&D institutions,including information aggregation mechanism,interests consultation mechanism,capital technology docking mechanism,talent cultivation mechanism,and elimination and exit mechanism.The sixth chapter briefly describes the conclusion and outlook of the paper.
