Sme Entrepreneurs Learning Model And Its Performance Impact Studies

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are playing an important role in global economy, which has arised the inspirations of many researchers. Theoretically, the sustainable growth of SME is largely determined by the growth of its entrepreneur, and entrepreneurial learning is the key approach for SMEs to obtain the resources, information and experiences to support the SMEs' growth. The purpose of this dissertation is to explore the learning behavior of entrepreneur of SMEs and its effect to the performance of the enterprise.This dissertation constructs a basic thinking terrace for entrepreneur self-learning and the growth of business, thereby, SMEs' sustainable development is finally promoted.This dissertation clears up the correlating theories and results and focuses on the entrepreneurial learning of SMEs. First, it divides the entrepreneurial learning into learning of social networking, interior experiences learning and educational system learning according to the knowledge resource of entrepreneurial learning. Then, on the basis of literature and interview, it combines the three learning model and the life cycle theory of SMEs and carries on the evolvement research of entrepreneurial learning. According to these tasks, we establish the model between entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneur capacity and entrepreneurial performance and propose the hypothesis. Then through questionnaire survey, data callback, the model is optimized by the analyses of SPSS statistic software, and the hypothesis become clear. And also we have some conclusions:1. The entrepreneurial learning of SMEs has distinctive positive impact on the entrepreneurial capacity and organizational learning but entrepreneurial knowledge.2. The entrepreneurial capacity and organizational learning have distinctive positive impact on entrepreneurial performance. But the entrepreneurial knowledge does not.3. The entrepreneurial learning of SMEs has distinctive positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.4. Entrepreneur capacity has some medi-role on the entrepreneurial learning of SMEs and entrepreneurial performance.5. The social networking learning and interior experiences learning are different in different era of SMEsFinally, according to the relative conclusions of this dissertation, we propose some suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial learning of SMEs. Meanwhile the dissertation brings award the future research expectation.
