Study On Construction And Application Of Social Stability Risk Management Mechanism System Of Construction Project

The risk of social stability caused by construction project is one of the focuses of the society.It is also one of the key points of project management in government and project related units.The risk management of social stability in construction project is an integral part of construction project management.Its implementation status and management level affect the level of the overall management of the project.After 2012 the National Development and Reform Commission issued major projects of fixed assets investment and social stability risk assessment method,the risk management of social stability in construction project has been gradually paid attention to,and the research and practice of the risk management of social stability in construction projects have been gradually strengthened.The research on the mechanism of social stability risk management of construction project is an important part of the project risk management,but less research on the mechanism of risk management of construction project,application of research results is not enough,and the lack of practical work guidance.The scientific and effective development of the risk management of the social stability in construction project needs to strengthen the study of the risk management mechanism.This study is based on the research on the social risk assessment and management mechanism of the construction project of Shaanxi social science fund,which is focused on the research of social stability risk management in construction project,focusing on the construction of social stability risk management mechanism of construction project,and the main risk management mechanisms involved in the whole process of the project.Based on the theory of life cycle risk management and integrated management,the integrated management mode of construction project management elements of interaction and interrelated,and integration management requirements of a variety of integrated management elements to form a integrated function,a three-dimensional space system of social stability risk management mechanism of construction project,which runs through the whole process of construction project,is constructed,and the organic relation between the social stability risk management mechanism system of construction project and the main contents of the whole construction project and the project management is analyzed.This study puts forward seven major risk management mechanisms,including comprehensive decision mechanism,social participation mechanism,early warning mechanism,emergency mechanism,compensation mechanism,post evaluation mechanism,supervision and guarantee mechanism,which are the main component of the system of risk management mechanism of social stability in construction project.Based on the composition mechanism of each risk management mechanism,the seven risk management mechanisms are analyzed respectively.At the same time,the relationship between the seven risk management mechanisms is analyzed based on the Multi-barrel model.According to the requirements of the effective implementation of the system of risk management of social stability in construction project,this study analyzes the integrated system of risk management mechanism of social stability in construction project,puts forward dynamic operation system of social stability risk management mechanism of construction project,and analyses dynamic safeguard measures of risk management mechanism system.Taking a project in a expressway as an example to analysis the establishment and operation of risk management mechanism in construction project.The results show that the establishment and operation of risk management mechanism system of construction project can effectively improve the project's own risk management and control capabilities,achieve project risk management objectives,and enhance project risk management level.This study puts forward the system of risk management mechanism of social stability in construction project,which is an important foundation for upgrading the level of project risk management.It provides a meaningful reference for the project risk management and the risk assessment of social stability,provides theoretical and practical basis for social stability risk management of construction projects,and makes the project decision-making,planning,construction and use of more scientific and reasonable.
