A Research On Risk Management For Software Project Of F Company

With the continuous progress of the development of information technology, the dailywork is increasingly dependent on IT system. IT systems generally have high investment, bigimpact on business, high security requirements. So IT system has more and more theuncertainties factor and has a strong risk. It’s very important significance that we strengthenrisk management of software projects to improve the success ratio of software systems.In this context, combine with the implementation of F company software project, riskmanagement theory is applied to the actual software project, this paper provide a set ofscientific, complete, practical guide for software project risk management tools, to ensure thenormal running smoothly, system project and support business smoothly. This paper isdevoted to the risk and control strategy of F Company IT project research, including theimportant questions in this thesis. First what kind of risks of the software project in financecompany? Second, what kinds of actions should finance company take? Third, is there a RiskManagement Model for them to enhance their risk monitoring and control level? Last, How toavoid all kinds of project risk in order to ensure the project progress?On the base of the studies of risk management development, lifecycle management, andthe practical of many experts throughout the world, and the case study of software projectfrom F company, three results are put forward:(1) Excogitate out a risk management modelaccording to projects of communications industry.(2) By using Interpretive Structure Model，the risk structure of BI project is issued.(3) The descriptions and solutions of key risks forcommunications projects are expounded in detail.In brief, in the process of risk management study, interpretive structure model(ISM)helped finance company build the structure of relationship between risks. Based on thetheories and studies of risk management, some practical suggestions will help F Company tobuild a suitable risk management system.
