After entering the new century,rural credit cooperatives have begun to transform into rural commercial banks,and become an important component of our financial industry.Rural credit cooperatives and later rural commercial banks played a huge role in promoting the development of county economy and supporting the "three rural" economy.But behind the scenes still hide some problems,such as the management level of rural commercial bank is low is not suitable for its rapid development trend,especially in the performance management of staff,is still used before the restructuring of performance evaluation methods can not adapt to the new situation and needs.A scientific and reasonable performance appraisal mode will make employees maintain a positive attitude.The backward performance appraisal mode will damage the enthusiasm of employees,and ultimately make banks fail to develop healthily and continuously.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of performance appraisal,this paper analyzes the current performance appraisal of KRL rural commercial Banks,through in-depth investigation and analysis,the paper puts forward the problems of performance appraisal in the index setting and implementation.The performance appraisal scheme of KRL rural commercial bank employees was optimized by using the key performance index method.The evaluation index of KRL rural commercial bank was used as the source of index decomposition,combined with the responsibilities of various departments and positions,we will decompose the indicators into middle and key positions on the basis of careful analysis,communication and feedback.We designed the performance evaluation index system of the head of each district,the head of agricultural network and the head of KRL rural commercial bank,and the customer manager,the appointment accountant,the comprehensive teller and so on the basic level key post appraisal index carries on the design.Different assessment indicators can be used to assess employees'working conditions more accurately.The evaluation period and the subject of assessment are improved,and the organization procedure of assessment is clarified.It also puts forward the guarantee measures of performance appraisal from the aspects of organization guarantee,high-level support and information platform assessment data support.
