| Industrial agglomeration is not only a principal character but also an important driving force of innovation activities.China's high-tech industry has formed a relatively complete industrial innovation chain and high technology industries production activities also have larger space dependence,which may lead technology diffusion effect on a regional innovation and development with the development of industrial concentration trend.Studying the industrial cluster mode impact on development of high technology innovation in the spatial technology diffusion effect will help to further understand the spatial layout and the innovation development for high technology industries.In this paper,by using China's high-tech industry panel data,we divide the regional innovative process into two stages: the knowledge input innovation and product output innovation.By building the DAG model of the diffusion effect of technology innovation across the region,this paper empirically establishes the space panel dubbin model to study the influence of the externality of China's high-tech industry on regional innovation.So,the research is divided into two parts: firstly,listing relevant research.By studying the literature research of the technology diffusion effect,we determine the appropriate technology method to be chosen to realize computing the technology diffusion effect.And based on complete study the influence of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation,we deduce the theoretical model of knowledge externalities' effects on regional innovation and determine the calculation index of externality.Secondly,we investigate the influence of three types of regional high-tech industry agglomeration(specialization,diversification and complement)on regional innovation technology development and achievements,which is under the area technology diffusion effect between technical economic distance and the actual general geographic distance.The results show the radiation effect of economic center in western region strengthen the innovation strength,and eastern and central regions have a close relationship with each other playing a supporting role on regional innovation.Besides,diversified industrial agglomeration and complementary industrial agglomeration promotes the high technology regional innovation activities with positive “U” relationship,but for specialized industrial agglomeration.The knowledge interaction of "Shared knowledge pool" under the agglomeration mode of China's high-tech industry cannot effectively increase the tendency of enterprises to innovate.The diffusion effect of technology and regional innovation have the mutually reinforcing relationship.From the perspective of the innovative value chain,compare with product output innovation,the knowledge input innovation has spatial dependence but lack of industrial production guiding ideology and the development direction existing technical diffusion barriers to overcoming. |
