| Recruitment is the main channel for company to acquire talents and the key to the human resource management.At present,sitting on the brink of new era,the competition among companies is the competition of talents in the final analysis.At present,there ar e many problems in the recruitmentof the medical device industry,for instance,the contr adiction between supply and demand of human resources is prominent.There are many problems in the companies ofmedical device industry,such as shortage of talent,poor matching degree,outflow of talent,and so on.which have become a major factor restri cting the development of enterprises in the industry.To solve this problem is very impo rtant to promote the development of medical device industry.YM company is a private medical equipment company in Shandong province,showi ng an outstanding performance and in developing period.In recent years,the scale and business of the company have been expanding.This paper is based on the recruitment th eory,particularly the research on competency-model-based method of talent evaluation.The paper makes a comprehensive use of data collection,questionnaire survey,individua 1 interview,statistical analysis to analyze the recruitment planning,preparation,selection,employment,evaluation and the degree of satisfaction of the employees and employers.Through these method,we find that YM company has such problems as job descriptio n is unclear,use of new recruitment channels is inadequate,selection of talents is arbi trary,level of specialization of human resources department is low,and so on.On the b asis of the above,we put forward a job optimization design based on job analysis.YM company needs to improve rules and regulations,optimize channels,optimize talent ass essment methods,so as to improve and optimize recruitment.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the scheme.Through the optimization of recruitment,YM company can improve the matching degree of Person-Post,improve the adaptability and creativity of talents,improve the efficiency,meet the needs of talent,and realize the development strategy of YM company.This paper makes up for the shortcomings of the previous research on the competency model research and channel selection of medical device enterprises,and provides an effective mode.However,this paper also has the shortcomings of small number of samples,the writer hopes that more people will pay attention to the field in the future. |
