With the rapid development and rising of high-tech industry in the word today,management innovation has become the most important development strategy in all walk of life especially in overseas enterprises of CR20G.At the same time,management talent has become the backbone of CR20G overseas enterprises.How to retain the management talent,and tap the potential of management talent has become a business concem.Performance evaluation is the most important part in human resource management,there fore the performance evaluation of management talent naturally attracts much attention for CR20G overseas enterprises.This paper is based on the performance evaluation of the management talent training of CR20G overseas enterprises,make a though investigation and research,form the four aspect analyzes the problems existing in the performance evaluation system of enterprise management talent,including performance evaluation subject,index,method and system.At the same time,using,the knowledge of human resources and reviewing relevant literature to improve and perfect,to rebuild the company's performance evaluation system of training management talents,and put forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of evaluation system.At last realized the scientific evaluation of management talent,improve the enthusiasm and initiative of management talent in management innovation activities,make the performance evaluation of enterprise more objective,fair and reasonable.This paper studies the performance evaluation system of CR20G overseas enterprise,therefore the research are widely applicable to the CR20G overseas enterprise,this has certain guiding significance for the training of enterprise management talent.
