Research On The Relationship Among Entrepreneurial Network,Opportunity Recognition And Resource Integration Ability

In the era of economic and social transformation and upgrading,innovation and entrepreneurial activities have developed rapidly.In China,innovation is the primary driving force for development,and it is the strategic support for the construction of a modern economic system.To speed up the construction of an innovation-oriented country,it is largely necessary to rely on entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial activities can promote innovation,economic development in countries and regions,and become an important engine for promoting social development.However,most entrepreneurs and new venture are faced with resource constraints during the entrepreneurial process.The scarcity of resources limits the conduct of entrepreneurial activities and the survival and growth of new ventures.Therefore,as an important factor affecting entrepreneurial activities,resources have attracted the attention of scholars.Among them,resource integration ability has become a basis for improving entrepreneurial comprehensive capabilities and improving competitive advantages.So it has been given more attention.On the other hand,the entrepreneurial network,as an important entrepreneurial environment,provides entrepreneurs with access to resources and is a research hotspot in the field of entrepreneurship.The existing literature focuses on the impact of resource integration ability on entrepreneurial performance,ignoring the research on resource integration ability in entrepreneurial networks.Therefore,from the micro-perspective of entrepreneurs,this paper builds on the entrepreneurial process theory of “identifying entrepreneurial opportunities,integrating resources,and creating new enterprises”,using literature analysis methods and empirical research methods.The main effects is the direct influence of network size,network strength,and network location on the resource integration ability,and the opportunity recognition is used as a conceptual model of the intermediary variable effect.It aims to accelerate the entrepreneurs' ability to enhance the success rate of entrepreneurial activities by effectively playing the role of the entrepreneurial network in promoting the recognition of opportunities and integration of resources.This paper prepares and collects data through questionnaires.It mainly distributes and recovers 157 valid questionnaires in Dalian and Wuhan.SPSS20.0 software was used for descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis to verify the validity of the scale and data,and the correlation analysis and regression analysis of the 19 models constructed in different dimensions of each variable were performed.The relationship between variables is clarified and the conclusions are as follows:(1)Entrepreneurial networks include three dimensions: network size,network strength,and network location.The network size and network location have a significant positive impact on opportunity recognition,and the network strength has no obvious effect.(2)The greater the scale of the network,the stronger the ability to integrate resources;the network location can positively and effectively influence the ability to acquire and use resources;network strength and resource allocation ability are significantly positively correlated.(3)Opportunity recognition is divided into profitability and feasibility.The higher the profitability,the stronger the ability to integrate resources;the feasibility only has a significant positive correlation with resource allocation ability.(4)The profitability of opportunity recognition has a significant mediating effect between network size,network location and resource integration ability;The feasibility of opportunity recognition can be used as a mediator variable to influence the relationship between network size,network location,and resource allocation ability,respectively.The research results further prove the impact of the entrepreneurial network on the ability of resource integration and affirm the role of opportunity recognition in this process.In order to guide entrepreneurs through the advantages of the embedded entrepreneurial network as soon as possible to enhance the ability to integrate resources to achieve the value creation of entrepreneurial activities.
