Research On Optimized Allocation Of HR In Construction Projects

The construction projects is a labor-intensive industry.Enterprises want the project to be successfully completed and have core competitiveness.Human resources are the key.Therefore,we must attach great importance to human resources management,especially the optimal allocation of human resources.In the construction project construction,only the simple combination of human resources is not enough.The key is how to combine the characteristics of the project,to conduct an in-depth analysis of the existing human resources,scientific and rational allocation of human resources,and enhance the subjective initiative of the project team.Finally,the purpose of improving management efficiency is achieved.At present,solving this important issue is imminent.This article uses gradual logic to develop the discussion.First,it outlines the research background and significance,the main research contents and methods,then summarizes the related theories of the optimal allocation of human resources for construction projects;then,based on the current status of the industry,it focuses on the problems in the optimal allocation of human resources for construction projects.Analyze and combine the work practice to propose countermeasures.Finally,conduct a case study of the HD-ICEC project that the author is familiar with,and draw the conclusion of the thesis.The HD-ICEC Project is located in the high-tech zone of Qingdao City,with a construction cost of 2.716 billion yuan and a total construction area of 488,000 square meters.It is a key large-scale public construction project in Qingdao.The large-scale project,high standards,and tight schedules pose new challenges to project management.The purpose of this article is to provide an in-depth study of the human resources configuration of the HD-ICEC project,summarize and explore the ideas for the optimal allocation of human resources for construction projects,provide reference for construction companies to maximize profits,and improve core competitiveness."One Belt and One Road" has made its own contribution to the implementation of the plan and the economic,efficient and healthy development.
