| According to the duality theory,there are two modes of innovation: exploitating innovation and exploring innovation.The former focuses on exploitating the existing foundation and resources of the enterprise to provide a good guarantee for the acquisition of the existing interests of the enterprise.The latter focuses on exploratory activities and needs to make use of new resources and inputs,but it has more significance for future development.But whatever the innovation model,it is very important for the access of social resources.One of the important ways to obtain enterprise social resources is the upstream and downstream cooperators in the supply chain.To study the different degrees of influence of enterprise supply chain social resources on enterprise exploitating and exploring ambidextrous innovation,and to study the mediating effect of enterprise dynamic capability in its influencing process,can help enterprises to identify,acquire and utilize social capital of supply chain more reasonably and carry out ambidextrous innovation activities more reasonably.In order to further study the influence of the upstream and downstream social resources of the supply chain on the ambidextrous innovation of enterprises,this paper conducts an empirical study on the two categories of the upstream and downstream,compares and analyzes the differences of the results,and then explores the function mechanism of the upstream and downstream social capital on the ambidextrous innovation.Based on the dynamic capability of the enterprise in the literature on social capital for the ambidextrous innovation study is the lack of the intermediary function of the enterprise dynamic ability intermediary effect to the enterprise how to reasonable use of the supply chain upstream and downstream ambidextrous innovation and social capital plays a more important role,in this paper,the social capital can be divided into cognitive,relationships,and three dimensions structure,studies the supply chain upstream and downstream the elements of social capital in promoting the use of innovation and explore the differences of the intensity of the mediation effect in the process of innovation.Data were collected through questionnaire survey,and the model was empirically analyzed using statistical software SPSS22.0 and Amos24.0.The mechanism of interaction between three variables was explored,and the mediating effect of dynamic capacity was verified.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)the upstream and downstream social capital will directly or indirectly affect the ambidextrous innovation of enterprises.Among them,the dimensions of upstream social capital structure and downstream social capital relations have a positive direct impact on enterprise binary innovation.The cognitive and relational dimensions of upstream social capital,the cognitive and structural dimensions of downstream influence enterprise binary innovation.(2)dynamic capability has a mediating effect on the impact of upstream and downstream social capital on dual-element innovation.Among all dimensions of upstream social capital,there are some mediating effects between relational dimension and utilization type innovation.There is a complete mediating effect between cognitive dimension and utilization innovation.There is a complete mediating effect between relationship,cognitive dimension and explorative innovation.In each dimension of downstream social capital,there are some mediating effects between structure dimension and utilization innovation.There is a complete mediating effect between cognitive dimension and utilization innovation.There is a complete intermediary effect between structure,cognitive dimension and explorative innovation.One of the innovations of this paper is the introduction of dynamic capacity as an intermediary variable into the research model of the impact of upstream and downstream social capital on ambidextrous-innovation,which more clearly reveals the mechanism of the impact of social capital on ambidextrous-innovation of enterprises.The second is to study the influence of social capital on the double innovation of enterprises from the perspectives of upstream and downstream of the enterprise supply chain,point out the differences and put forward different coping strategies. |
