With the rapid growth of China's economy,in recent years,all industries have been taking advantage of economic and technological development to constantly improve production technology and equipment,develop new products,upgrade industrial models,and seek new vitality in the ever-changing market competition.The garment industry belongs to the traditional manufacturing industry in China and faces new challenges in the new economic form.The production of traditional clothing first focuses on quality,then on style and aesthetics.Modern clothing production pays more attention to the characteristics of clothing,such as quality,style,material and brand,which are related to career and identity.Field management is an important content of clothing production enterprises in China,as well as an important management means to achieve the goals of quality,schedule and safety.Through a survey of the current situation of the field management of apparel production enterprises in China,problems such as large staff mobility,low educational level,chaotic raw material management,delayed mechanical equipment maintenance,incomplete process implementation and poor production environment are widespread,which seriously affect the efficiency and quality of apparel production.Aiming at many problems existing in the field management of China's garment enterprises,in order to improve the field management level,improve labor productivity and production quality,this study takes OY garment factory as the object of study,applies 6S management theory to analyze its field management problems in order to improve the field management level.Based on the analysis of 6S knowledge,analysis of on-site management of OY garment factory,formulation of improvement plan and guarantee of measures,this study determines improvement plan based on the actual situation of Oy garment factory site management.The development and implementation of the improvement plan is the main content of the study,which mainly includes the overall plan of site management improvement,the preparation of the fact of the plan,the specific implementation of the plan and the implementation of the plan.The field management plan includes the establishment of improvement target,improvement team and improvement plan based on 6S.In the preparation stage,publicity and promotion,personnel training and plan improvement should be done well.Carry out the specific implementation of on-site management program in accordance with 6S's arrangement,rectification,cleaning,cleaning,safety and accomplishment;We will strengthen work related to supervision,inspection,performance appraisal and cultural atmosphere building,and promote the implementation of on-site management improvement programs.Through the implementation of the 6S field management improvement program,OY garment factory has improved its field management level to a higher level: workshop environment has been greatly improved,storage space has been effectively improved,production cost has been reduced,and employee satisfaction has increased.Meanwhile,the successful implementation of the 6S field management scheme in the field management of OY garment factory also provides certain reference value for the industry.
