The Survey Of Taishun's Rural Construction,Basing On Beautiful And Livable

Accelerating the reform of the ecological civilization system,promoting green development and building a beautiful China are tasks of the new stage in China.Besides,it is an important part of the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party to implement rural revitalization strategy.With the idea of "all-round scenic spots" in Taishun County,rural construction is no longer an isolated development,but an all-round development which aims to achieve the overall appearance of the region's villages and social and economic development with the development and utilization of resources as the core in the county-level region,tourism development as the driving force,with the"beautiful and livable countryside" construction as the goal.This paper,taking 298 villages in Taishun County of Zhejiang Province as the research object,each village as a sample unit,from the perspective of beauty and livability,adopts the theories of public management,architecture,urban and rural planning and has a preliminary analysis of problem causes of the beautiful and livable rural construction,suggestions for promoting the construction of beautiful and livable villages in Taishun county are put forward on the basis of domestic and foreign research achievement.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction which mainly explains the purpose and significance of the study,summarizes the research trends of rural development at home and abroad,puts forward the ideas and methods of the full-text study,and expounds the characteristics and innovation of this study.The second part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis.This part defines the concept of beautiful and livable countryside and county countryside construction planning,and elaborates the theory of ecological civilization and public governance.The third part analyses the present situation of rural construction in Taishun County,mainly introducing the basic situation of Taishun County,rural research and the beautiful and livable rural construction in Taishun County.The fourth part is to sort out the status quo of beautiful and livable rural construction in Qianwen Taishun County,and analyze the problems and causes of the beautiful and livable rural construction in Taishun County.The paper points out there are four problems,that is the government guiding the concept and method of"urbanization" construction,the low standard of public infrastructure and service facilities construction,the strategy of "netting" rural development under the guidance of the government,and the ambiguity of rural renovation and protection.The main reasons are that the rural planning is not enough in guiding innovation.The idea of facility construction is not innovative enough.There are deviations in development strategies,and the single classification system restricts development.The fifth part is about the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of beautiful and livable villages in Taishun County.The paper puts forward four suggestions to promote the beauty of Taishun County including optimizing planning and design to guide rural construction,upgrading standards to promote infrastructure construction,scientizing rural evaluation to build industrial platforms and differentiating rural classification and development guidelines.
