RCDF company is one devotes to the solar water heater research and development,production and sales of new energy enterprises,after many years of hard work has developed into a large group company,main business including solar,air,water purification system of research and development,production,sales,installation,after-sales service,has established a whole set of specialization,standardization,standardization of the management and service process.RCDF company is facing more fierce market competition while its performance is growing rapidly and its market share is expanding rapidly.Currently,the enterprise performance appraisal model cannot keep up with the pace of enterprise development.In order to ensure the long-term and efficient development of the enterprise,a more sound performance appraisal model is needed to improve the executive power of employees.This article first analyzes the RCDF company performance appraisal status quo and existing problems,the performance appraisal focusing too much on business performance,performance appraisal cycle is not reasonable,failed to fully understand the importance of employee performance evaluation,performance evaluation results have not been to carry out the application,employees did not participate in the enterprise performance evaluation indicators,performance assessment and corporate strategy development goals lead to inconsistent,go against RCDF company market competitiveness,the above problems is the main reason of the performance index proportion is too large,no classification,performance appraisal cycle performance appraisal evaluation subjectivity is strong,not fully application of performance appraisal results,There is no introduction of advanced and scientific performance appraisal methods.Secondly,this paper introduces the advanced balanced scorecard method,studies from the financial dimension,customer dimension,employee growth and training dimension and enterprise operation management dimension of RCDF company,designs a set of continuous improvement scheme,and gives the assessment index of r&d,sales,finance,human resources and production department.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as improving the content of performance appraisal by multi-dimensional classification,setting up different assessment cycles according to the positions,establishing fair,fair and objective performance supervision mechanism,strengthening the application effect of performance appraisal results,and establishing scientific and effective performance appraisal methods,so as to fundamentally improve the work level and efficiency of employees.After the improvement of the performance appraisal system of RCDF company,it can better conform to the company's strategic development goals,better evaluate the work efficiency of employees,better stimulate the potential and enthusiasm of employees,improve the innovation ability of RCDF company,improve the sustainability of enterprise development,and improve market share and competitiveness.
