Research On The Refined Management Of Guizhou Air Traffic Control Communications, Navigation And Monitoring Equipment

Communication navigation and surveillance equipment is a very important device in air traffic management,which is related to air traffic safety,and is also the main tool for the management department to carry out air traffic management.However,due to poor equipment management and other reasons,unsafe situations caused by air traffic control equipment failures occur from time to time.There is only quantitative statistics on equipment failures,but no more in-depth analysis of equipment,especially in the life cycle and reliability of equipment.Taking Guizhou Air Traffic Control as the research object,this paper summarizes the technical reasons and management reasons for the abnormal equipment through three typical cases of abnormal equipment.Aiming at the technical reasons for the abnormal equipment,Weibull distribution model and MATLAB fitting are mainly used to evaluate the reliability of the equipment,in order to solve the technical problems existing in equipment management,and aiming at the establishment of the equipment.In order to improve the management level of air traffic control equipment in Guizhou,enhance the support capability of air traffic control equipment and guarantee the safety of air traffic control,this paper mainly uses the method of fine management to study the fine management of air traffic control equipment from three aspects:pre-management of equipment,maintenance management of equipment and 6S management of equipment site.
