Objective : To study the effect of Xiaoshuyin Decoction on the drift of Th1(CD4+TNF-?+)/Th2(CD4+IL-4+)subpopulation in rabbits with traumatic deep vein thrombosis.Methods: Results:45 New Zealand healthy rabbits were divided into 5 groups,9 in each group;group A was used as blank experimental group,group B was sham operation group,group C was saline control group,D was low molecular weight heparin group,and E was elimination.Tied drink group.Groups C,D,and E were used to replicate the rabbit femoral vein thrombosis model by clamp and gypsum external fixation.The model was successfully treated with group therapy for 1 week.After 4 hours of postoperative 1,3,and 7 days,the flow was used.The levels of Th1(CD4+TNF-?+)and Th2(CD4+IL-4+)in each group were detected by cytometry.The experimental data were statistically analyzed.Results:On the first day of treatment,Th1(CD4+TNF-a+)and Th2(CD4+IL-4+)in C saline group,Dxiaoshuyin group and E low molecular weight heparin sodium group were significantly higher than A blank group and B sham operation.Group(P<0.01),there was no significant change in Th1(CD4+TNF-a+)and Th2(CD4+IL-4+)in A blank group and B sham operation group,D Xiaoshuyin group and E low molecular weight heparin sodium group There was a significant difference between the C saline treatment group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the D Xiaoshuyin group and the E low molecular weight heparin sodium group(P>0.05).On the 3rd and 7th day of treatment,A blank group and B There were no significant differences in the sham operation group,and there was no significant change in Th1(CD4+TNF-a+)and Th2(CD4+IL-4+)fluctuations(P>0.05).In the saline group,Th1(CD4+TNF-a+)reached the highest on the 3rd day and decreased slightly on the 7th day;there was significant difference between the Dxiaoshuyin group and the E low molecular weight heparin sodium group(P<0.05).In the Xiaoshuyin group and the E low molecular weight heparin sodium group,Th1(CD4+TNF-a+)decreased most onthe 7th day after drug treatment,and there was no significant difference between the D Xiaoshuyin group and the E low molecular weight heparin sodium group.<0.01).Analysis of Th2(CD4+IL-4+)was obtained.With the progress of treatment time,Th2(CD4+IL-4+)in the C saline group,D Xiaoshuyin group and E low molecular weight heparin sodium group continued for 7 days.Increased,but there were significant differences between D Xiaoshuowe group,E low molecular weight heparin sodium group and C physiological water group(P<0.01);the three groups of Th2(CD4+IL-4+)levels were all up,but D There was a significant difference between the group of Euppository and E low molecular weight heparin sodium group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the group of Dxiaoshuo Decoction and E low molecular weight heparin sodium group(P> 0.05).Conclusion: The dynamic balance of Th1(CD4+TNF-?+)and Th2(CD4+IL-4+)subpopulations is broken during deep vein thrombosis;Chinese medicine Xiaoshuo Decoction can interfere with Th1(CD4+TNF-?+),Th2(CD4+IL-4+)content changes,maintaining the balance between the two to achieve the purpose of treatment.
