Objective:To study the effect of Xiaoshuanyin on peripheral blood APC and PS of rabbit traumatic deep vein thrombosis model by establishing a rabbit traumatic deep vein thrombosis model,explore the mechanism of Xiaoshuanyin against deep vein thrombosis Venous thrombosis provides experimental basis.Methods: Thirty-six healthy adult male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into group A Xiaoshuanyin group,group B low molecular weight heparin sodium group,group C physiological saline group,and group D sham operation group,9 in each group.Groups A,B and C replicated the rabbit femoral vein thrombosis model with clamp and gypsum external fixation.The model was successfully divided into groups.After the second administration on the 1st,3rd and 7th days after surgery,4h The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa)method was used to detect the changes in the content of APC and PS in peripheral blood of each group,and the data obtained from the experimental detection were statistically analyzed.Results: At all the same time periods,there was no significant difference between APC and PS in the sham operation group(P>0.05).The levels of APC and PS in A Xiaoshuanyin group and B low molecular weight heparin sodium group were significantly higher than those in C saline group,and the levels of APC and PS in C saline group were higher than those in D sham operation group.On the first day after treatment,the levels of APC and PS in the A Xiaoshuanyin group and the B lowmolecular-weight heparin sodium group were higher than those in the C saline treatment group,and were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the levels of APC and PS in the A Xiaoshuanyin group and the B low molecular weight heparin sodium group were comparable,with no statistical significance(P> 0.01).On the 3rd and 7th day of treatment,APC and PS in C saline group continued to increase,which was significantlydifferent from that in D sham operation group(P<0.05).APC and PS group in A Xiaoshuanyin group and B LMWH group after drug treatment PS levels continued to rise,but there was no significant difference between the A Xiaoshuanyin group and the B low molecular weight heparin sodium group(P <0.01).PS in the A Xiaoshuanyin group,B low molecular weight heparin sodium group,and C normal saline group And APC continued to increase within 7 days;but A and B increased faster than group C,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xiaoshuanyin can effectively treat the formation of deep vein thrombosis in rabbits,and its mechanism may be related to the promotion of APC and PS formation.
