Investigation And Research On The First Chinese Training Camp Under The Background Of The Chinese Teaching Reform Policy In Thailand

With the continuous development of Chinese language teaching in Thailand,the number of Thai students learning Chinese has increased year by year.The cultivation and training of Thai local Chinese teachers has become an important research topic.In order to further improve and enhance Chinese language teaching in Thailand,the Thai government promulgated and implemented the“Chinese Teaching Reform Policy”in 2014,and proposed a series of reform rules and measures,including the cultivating and training of Thai local Chinese teachers.This thesis takes the 1^st Chinese Training Camp of the Basic Education Commission of the Ministry of Education of Thailand,which was held in 2017 after the implementation of the“Chinese Teaching Reform Policy”in Thailand as the main research object.The training camp is designed for local Chinese teachers in Thailand,aiming at improving the teaching and professional quality of local Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools in Thailand.Through investigation and in-depth analysis on the training camp and Thai local Chinese teachers who have already received the training camp:on the one hand,on the basis of in-depth analysis and summarization,understanding of the development of the training and its effects;on the other hand,through the collection of trained teachers'opinions and suggestions,combining the specific standards and requirements of“International Chinese Teacher Standard”?2015 revised edition?,analyze the insufficiency and problems existing in the training camp,and put forward specific development strategies and suggestions for improving the teacher training for local Chinese teachers in Thailand.The paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the implementation background of the“Chinese Teaching Reform Policy”and the training of local Chinese teacher in Thailand.The paper summarized and analyzed the existing problems of local Chinese teacher training such as the selection of trainees before the training to the content,the training organization and trainers,training courses and content,training modes and methods,training evaluation and assessment.Comprehensively introduce and analyze the 1^st Chinese Training Camp of the Basic Education Commission of the Ministry of Education of Thailand.Through questionnaires and case interviews,investigate and analyze.the training effect and existing problems.On the basis of comprehensive investigations,the teacher training and the scale of the“International Chinese Teacher Standards”were analyzed,and the match between the training and the standards was discussed.On the basis of comprehensive investigation,analyzes the teacher training camp with the“International Chinese Teacher Standards”,and the matching between the training and the standard is discussed to provide feedback and reference for future teacher training.
