| Charming Chinese comprehensive series of textbooks is a set of excellent Chinese textbooks for Southwest Asia published by Guangxi Normal University.It is divided into three stages: elementary,intermediate and advanced,which are mostly used in southwest of China.This paper analyzes the Charming Chinese(advance)comprehensive textbook from the four parts.Text,vocabulary,grammar and exercise with reference to the Chinese Syllabus for Foreign Students in Colleges and Universities(Long-term Study).After research,it is found that this set of textbooks from the overall point of view: a strong pertinence,step by step,gradually increasing the difficulty of teaching,layout design exquisite,illustrated features.From the content: the text is rich in subject and vivid in content.There is little difference in the number of new words between the texts.The number of language points is evenly distributed,and the overall explanation is clear and easy to understand.The content of the exercises is comprehensive,the questions are rich and interesting.But there are many shortcomings,text genre distribution is uneven,length is too long;the total number of new words is small,the superbasic vocabulary is too much;Superbasic language points are too much,some language points paraphrase repetition;Too many exercises and so on.At the same time,the author puts forward the corresponding revision suggestions.To a certain extent,it can supplement the systematic research of this textbook.It also provides some reference for the compilation of such textbooks in the future. |
