Chinese traditional festivals have various forms and abundant contents,reflecting the wealthy and colorful social life of the Chinese nation.As an important part of teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language,Chinese traditional festivals play an extremely important role in teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language.In recent years,scholars have paid more and more attention to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language in Chinese traditional festivals,and the results have been quite fruitful.However,the author finds that few people study the traditional festival vocabulary from the perspective of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and put forward specific strategies for foreign students to carry out traditional festival vocabulary teaching.Therefore,this article combines the ten intermediate textbooks of Development of Chinese and the Chinese Level Vocabulary and Chinese Character Grade Outline,using literature reading method,statistical analysis method,questionnaire survey method and so on.This paper studies the present situation of Chinese traditional festival teaching as a foreign language from two aspects: teaching materials and questionnaire survey for foreign students.On this basis,combined with teaching practice,aiming at the international students from Qufu Normal University and the International Exchange College of Shandong University of Science and Technology,the author puts forward specific strategies for teaching traditional festival vocabulary in Chinese as a foreign language,including classroom introduction strategies,classroom activities strategies,teaching methods strategies,etc.In the traditional festival vocabulary teaching method strategy,the author attempts to propose 10 interesting teaching methods for foreign students to learn and practice traditional festival vocabulary.including counting to avoid the "three" method,drawing to guess words,listening to songs to learn words,calling for legislation in 123,your guess method,calligraphy entering the classroom,drumming to pass words,treasure chest of festival words,holding one hug of festival words,squatting one squat of festival words.By designing the interesting traditional festival vocabulary teaching games,the author hopes to stimulate the interest of foreign students in learning traditional festival vocabulary and achieve the purpose of traditional festival vocabulary teaching.This article is divided into 5 parts,as follows:The first part is the introduction,introducing the research significance,research summary,research content and research methods.The second part is the first chapter of the article.The author mainly compares and analyzes the contents of the traditional Chinese festival vocabulary in the ten intermediate textbooks of Development of Chinese and the Chinese Proficiency Vocabulary and Chinese Character Grade Outline.The third part is the third chapter of the article,which is the core part of this paper,the design idea of the cognitive questionnaire on Chinese traditional festivals for foreign students,the collection and statistics of data,as well as the statistics and analysis of the survey results,and so on,mainly investigate the degree of the students' cognition to the traditional festivals and their festival elements.And the present situation of traditional festival teaching is disclosed.The fourth part is the third chapter of the article.For the foreign students of Qufu Normal University and Shandong University of Science and Technology,the author tries to put forward the traditional festival vocabulary teaching strategy of Chinese as a foreign language.hoping to provide some reference for the intermediate students to learn traditional holiday vocabulary.The fifth part is the conclusion.This paper mainly summarizes the thesis comprehensively and objectively,and hopes to correct the shortcomings in the future study.
