Research On The Performance Appraisal System Of The Management Committee Of Tongliao Economic And Technological Development Zone

Currently,performance assessment management is still being studied and developed in all levels of Party and government departments.The study of performance assessment management theories seems rigid and the practice of performance assessment management modes,workflows,and methods encounters many problems.Therefore,a systematic study of performance assessment management is both theoretically and parctically meaningful.This thesis analyzes the current status and problems in the performance assessment management system of the Management Committee of Tongliao Economic and Technological Development Zone(hereafter referred to as Management Committee),combing instance analysis with modern theories and qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.It provides in-depth study on the connotations and characteristics of performance assessment management system as well as the techniques and methods of system construction.From both theoretical and practical perspectives,it introduces the performance assessment management modes of the Management Committee.In addition,this thesis analyzes the difficulties and defects of the system and provides suggestions.
