Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In Community Correction Of Juvenile Offenders

Community corrections in China began in 2003,when community correction work carried out in six provinces,in nearly 13 years of development,the community correction work in our country is improving daily.Minors due to adverse factors from social,family and School embarked on the road of crime,the community correction for juvenile offenders can not only avoid the negative effects of imprisonment penalty,fit the crime characteristics of minors,but also can improve the efficiency of the punishment of juvenile offenders,and it is beneficial to the socialization of juvenile delinquents.Compared with other countries,the theoretical research and practical exploration on community correction for juvenile offenders has just begun in our country.Its standardization and institutionalized must be strengthened further.The structure of this paper is as follows,first of all introduce the research background and significance of juvenile community correction,sort out the research methods,according to the domestic and foreign development status of juvenile community correction system by literature review,to pave the way for the following research.The first chapter describes the definition and characteristics of community correction,combined with the definition and the causes of crime,highlighting the importance of community correction for juvenile offenders.The second chapter introduces the current situation of the legislation and practice.Firstly,introduce the legal,secondly described two typical patterns of community correction and juvenile community correction work in a district judicial organ.In the third chapter,analyzes the problems existing in the legislation and practice of community correction of juvenile offenders.In the fourth chapter,based on the investigation,the existing problems are analyzed.In the fifth chapter,combined with the theory of public management,the author puts forward the direction and measures of improving the correction of juvenile community in the construction of legal system,team building,support and security,community correction projects and legal supervision.
