An Analysis Of The Social Adaptation Of Land-lost Farmers In The Suburbs

With the development of social economy in our country,the process of urbanization also accelerates.In order to meet the actual demand of economic and social development,the government requisitioned a large number of rural land,resulting in a large number of rural population transferred to the city,and the number of land-lost farmers increased dramatically.The identity of landless farmers,the sense of social integration and the quality of life have changed significantly,and some social discomfort problems have emerged.The social adaptation of land-lost farmers has also become a hot spot of social concern.Correctly handling and properly solving the problem of land-lost farmers is not only conducive to the farmers' own requirements,but also conducive to the economic and social development and the construction of a harmonious society,and conducive to the overall construction.A well-off society.This paper takes Wuxi city of Jiangsu province W community as an example,the use of questionnaires and interviews,to investigate the current situation of farmers living in the community of landless,and the causes of the current situation of the society,from the economic,cultural and psychological aspects are analyzed,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.The main points are as follows:Firstly,at the economic level,the economic level of the lost farmers has a certain gap with the urban residents.This is mainly due to the unreasonable compensation system and the difficulty of re-employment,on the one hand,the land compensation system has a big gap with the actual market level.On the other hand,it is a relatively simple institutional arrangement to compensate for the lack of long-term employment.Secondly,at the social level,the social interaction of landless farmers is limited by the thought of small farmers,the scope of communication is limited,or the past acquaintance relationship as a link,but its social life after entering the city has changed a lot.The relationship between acquaintances is basically broken,but the new sense of community destination has not been formed,plus the lack of professional community work,there is a sense of alienation among the peasants who have lost their land in the suburbs.Thirdly,at the psychological and value level,it is very difficult for landless farmers to change their traditional local concepts and local complex rapidly.In addition,the lack of recognition and cohesion of the new community,community participation is generally very low.Finally,the peasants who lost land in the suburbs to adapt to the new living environment,need to be based on a certain life security,but at present,the social security system of the peasants in the suburbs is not perfect,so it needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper tries to promote the countermeasures and suggestions of land-lost farmers to adapt to the new environment as soon as possible from the above aspects,reduce the differences between urban and rural areas,guarantee the basic life of land-lost farmers,and promote the fairness and harmony of social development.
