Research On The Social Security Of Land-lost Farmers During The Urbanization Process

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the farmers had to lose their land to meet the demand of urban construction, and more and more farmers left their country, forming the amazing groups of land-lost farmers. Meanwhile, at the same time, China’s government has not yet kept proper security work of land-lost farmers, and farmers have not enjoyed equal social security system with urban residents, which was against country’s urbanization construction purpose. Whether land-lost farmers’ social security problem can be solved effectively or not, determine the stability of the country’s economic and social development. Therefore, to study how to solve the problem of land-lost farmers’ social security is of great significance.This paper mainly study the building of land-lost farmers’ social security mode in China, which focus on the following several aspects, firstly, the article narrated the problem of land-lost farmers’ social security in our country since the Found, on the base of which analyzed the size distribution of the farmers, employment and income level and the progress of land-lost farmers’ social security, and the causes of formation of these problems fundamentally. Secondly, based on the above chapters summary of land-lost farmers’ social security problem, the paper selected the social security system model and experience of land-lost farmers at home and abroad for reference, and focused on the land-lost farmers’ social security system construction, legal system of rural land ownership system, land expropriation compensation, and the social security fund operation and management for purpose of solving the problem of land-lost farmers’ social security.In order to research the problem of land-lost farmers’ social security, the paper used many kinds of research methods. Using the literature analysis methods to analyze the domestic and foreign research literature about problem of land-lost farmers’ social security, etc.; causal analysis method is used to analyze the cause of the social security problems of the land-losing farmers, etc.; using the historical analysis method to analyze the history and solution of the developed countries about the land-losing farmers etc.; using the comparative research method to analyze the domestic typical provinces different measures to solve the problem of land-lost farmers’ social security at home and abroad as well as advantages and shortcomings in dealing with the of the social security problems of the land-losing farmers.
