The South China Sea Issue And The Establishment Of A Security Cooperation Mechanism In East Asia

The south China sea issue is a dispute between China and the neighboring countries of the south China sea on islands sovereignty and maritime rights and interests.It is a matter of bilateral relations between China and some relevant countries.But as China and neighboring countries on the persistence of the south China sea disputes,the United States and other countries outside began to maintaining the Asia-pacific security order and guarantee of the south China sea channel flow by deep involvement in the south China sea,and by the complication of the south China sea to China in many aspects,multi-angle strategy,make the south China sea issue a regional hotspot issues.In this context,the south China sea issue has become a top priority in China's diplomatic strategy.At the same time,with the transformation of China's diplomacy since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),China has made a series of proposals and propositions on resolving the south China sea issue and constantly expounded China's position on the south China sea issue.China proposes to build a community of Shared future for mankind.China's influence in east Asia has steadily increased.The construction of the security cooperation mechanism in east Asia is an important multilateral cooperation concept related to the security interests of China and neighboring countries in east Asia.China will use the previous experience to find a new path to establish security cooperation mechanisms in the south China sea dispute.In recent years,with the change of international environment,the research on the south China sea issue has been more comprehensive and in-depth.China related to the interests of the country through dialogue and achieved some positive results,such as the south China sea issue of communication and dialogue mechanism,the mechanism and results to achieve a peaceful solution to the south China sea issue are conditions and possibilities,and analysis and grasp of these positive results,for the construction of east Asian security cooperation mechanism provides an important reference value.This paper will explore and advise the east Asian security mechanism in the process of elaborating the south China sea issue.
