The research on the turnover intention of the young police in the urban rail and public transport corps of Shanghai public security bureau is closely related to the stability of the Shanghai public security system,which should cause the attention of theoretical researchers and the actual sector.In recent years,the domestic study of the turnover of the police force is increasing.On the one hand,most of the research focuses on the empirical study of the prison police while few research focuses on the turnover tendency of Public security.On the other hand,in the past,the factors influencing the separation of the police force were focused on two factors: personal factors and working factors.There are few studies on external influencing factors and psychological variables.Therefore,this research has important theoretical significance and practical application value.The research of this paper is divided into four steps: First,I sort out the overall situation of the turnover intention of the young police and make out the hypothesis of the factors related to the turnover intention.Second,through the questionnaire,combined with the classic model of turnover intention,I put forward the relevant factors that affect the turnover tendency of the young police which can be divided into three levels.Personal level,such as working time,external pay attraction,career development expectations and so on.Unit level,that is,work autonomy,rank promotion opportunities,assessment mechanism,organizational care and other factors.Social level,that is,the professional sense of honor of public security police,social status,law enforcement environment and other factors.Thirdly,on the basis of the questionnaire and interview,combined with the data analysis results,I analyze the relationship between the relevant influencing factors and the turnover tendency and the degree of significance of the turnover tendency.Fourthly,according to the results of the research and the results of the model data analysis,the relevant factors are sorted according to the degree of influence and a number of countermeasures and suggestions are made out,such as deepening the classification reform of public security police ranks,promoting scientific management,professionalism,professional development;establishing and improving the level of management system,broadening the youth police promotion channels and space of career development,exploring and establishing humanistic care system,and enhancing the sense of belonging of youth police organizations,strengthening the mechanism of training and selecting and promoting the career vison of youth.This study provides data support and reference for the stability of personnel management department of the public security bureau.At the same time,it also provides reference for the study of the turnover tendency of related industries or similar units.
