The occurrence of administrative cultural lag is not formed overnight.Correspondingly,its relief can't be completed in a short time.Instead,it needs to take advantage of the changes in time to gradually acquire modern and scientific administrative value,and realize the modernization of administrative culture.What we need to do is to use the rule-based,responsible,and service-oriented institutional culture for the administration of the administrative personnel in the process of the passage of time through the guidance of the awareness,values,concepts,and ethical spirits of the administrative personnel.The behavior is subject to the normative constraints,and ultimately the modernization changes of the administrative culture "self-shelving".Specifically,the study of the administrative cultural gap is in the process of modernization of government governance,which could be included in the following aspects:Firstly,we discuss the research background and source of the topic,grasps thesocial and historical background of the administrative culture,and proposes the basis for the study.Based on the literature metrology perspective,it uses Citespace software to The current status of administrative culture research in the world is a reappearance of a panoramic map.It grasps the research hotspots and orientations of administrative culture at home and abroad in a more intuitive and concise perspective.Based on this,it conducts a holistic review.Finally,the research method for this article is studied.The introduction of innovation and the use of case analysis methods and bibliometrics methods,trying to explain the innovation of this study perspective.Then we examine the theoretical basis for the modernization of government governance and the construction of administrative culture.Regression of the main related concept definition and theoretical basis,a review of concepts such as government governance,administrative culture,cultural gaps,and governance theory,human hypothesis theory,etc.,based on previous perspectives,combing out the core concepts understood in this article..Besides,the analysis of the relationship between government governance modernization and administrative culture is also important.Starting with the relationship between government governance modernization and culture,we analyzed the three situations in which government governance from "tradition" to "modern"requires the support of advanced culture,government governance cannot be separated from cultural governance,and culture is the strategic strength of government governance.The basics explain the internal connection between the modernization of government governance and the administrative culture.There are three kinds of value demands that the modernization of government governance requires the modernization of administrative concepts,the modernization of government governance requires the modernization of administrative values,and the modernization of government governance requires administrative consciousness.The performance of pitching is pave the way.In addition,the analysis of the performance and reasons of the administrative culture is considered in this paper.Through the method of case analysis,this paper analyzes the actual mapping of contemporary Chinese administrative culture,selects the corruption cases of a group of officials of the anti-corruption high-pressure drop horse since the 18th National Congress of the CPC as the research object,passes the series of videos of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,and officials.The media reported that there was a gap in administrative spirit,administrative psychology,and administrative behavior.And based on realistic and historical considerations,explain its possible causes.In this paper,the analysis of the bridging path of administrative cultural gap is of big significance.To bridge the gap in administrative culture,it is necessary to follow the law of bridging cultural gaps,and also to grasp the objective formation mechanism of cultural gaps,in order to discuss the corresponding bridges.This article believes that we should start from the three macroscopic directions of reshaping the advanced administrative ideology and culture,cultivating a healthy administrative psychological culture,and constructing a scientific administrative institutional culture,and put forward concrete proposals from a microscopic point of view.Last but not the least,we give a conclusion at the end of the article.A summary review of the issue of the administrative culture gap discussed in this paper,combined with the latest developments in the academic community,then propose the next research step in the field——the research of mentality governance.
