Investigation And Research On The Protection Of Police Rights And Interests Among Police Officers In Police Stations

At present,the law enforcement rights and interests of the grass-roots public security police are often subject to damage and threats in the process of law enforcement,and sometimes they are abused,besieged and beaten,and some police even pay a life price for it.In addition,in actual work,the false accusation against the police,malicious complaints,libel police situation gradually increased.I have been at the local police station for several years,has a wealth of experience and their own side of the police,comrades,colleagues had violated the rights of law enforcement matters.Now,I work in the branch supervision office,one of the functions is responsible for police rights,and I am fully aware of the complexity and difficulty of this work.I am writing this article is to want to pay attention to the relevant departments and the national legislation of the attention,the attention of the society,the police group attention can be improved from the police consciousness mechanism system,legislative system,public opinion,really a solid step and a good foundation for the protection of the rights of law enforcement police work.Through questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis,current situation,characteristics,the accurate analysis of rights of the police police station police in violation of reason,combined with the current Chinese itself,other domestic and foreign public sector experience,explore the countermeasures witch accord with the actual and practical operation to maintain good police rights and interests.
