Research On The Development Path Of Supportive Social Organizations In My Country

With the continuous transformation of government functions,the role of social organizations in social governance is becoming more and more obvious and became an indispensable part of the social governance structure.However,due to inadequate development,social organizations in China still have problems such as low quality of service provision,weak capacity,decentralized management and disorderly development.As an emerging force in the field of social organizations,supporting social organizations have assumed a considerable part of the government's role in providing public services.They have built up social organizations while overcoming the problems of insufficient operational social organization capabilities and strengthening the supervision and management of social organizations.The bridge between government has ensured the smooth supply of government services in the public domain.Supporting social organizations play an important role in the establishment of a sound social organization ecosystem,the promotion of sustainable social development,and the advancement of the national governance system and governance capacity.Firstly,this paper discusses the theoretical aspects of supporting social organizations,attempts to construct an ecosystem of supporting social organizations and points out that discuss the development path of supporting social organizations in our country requires to analyze two aspects includes an external collaborative environment and internal governance from supporting social organizations.Secondly,combined with the case analysis of typical social organizations in China,the supporting social organizations in China are divided into three modes:government-led and government operation,government-led and private operation,folk-led and private operation.Based on a comparative analysis of the three modes,we conclude that there are problems such as strong government dependence,lack of a good social environment,inadequate inter-organizational cooperation mechanism,monopoly market resources,insufficient quantity and low capacity for supporting social organizations in China.Finally,this paper draws on the advanced experience of the development of supporting social organizations in developed countries and proposed a good external mechanism be established from outside,a good system,supervision and investment environment be established,a cooperation mechanism with operational social organizations should be perfected,the internal coordinated development of supporting social organizations should be optimized to strengthen self-building,expand types of the organizations and other proposals with aview to enhancing the effective support of supporting social organizations and constructing a benign public ecological system of social organizations in China.
