Research On The Legitimacy Of My Country's National Supervisory Power

Supervision system as a political system of the country,It plays a vital role in the supervision of state power and guarantee the legitimate operation of power.Since ancient times,our country has a tradition of supervision.Not only that,all countries in the world attach great importance to the construction of their own supervision system.With the deepening reform of the China's national supervision system,our country has made a lot of achievements in exploring the supervision system.The formal establishment of the National Supervisory Committee marks a new stage of our country's supervision system.The core of the supervisory system lies in the supervisory power.The operation of the whole supervisory system is centered on the supervisory power.The origin of supervisory power is not natural.With the reform,the scope and effectiveness of the power of supervision in our country have been greatly expanded and improved.Therefore,it is necessary to demonstrate the legitimacy of the power of supervision.Through the demonstration of the legitimacy of the supervision power,the analysis of the supervision power from both the value level and the form level is conducive to a clearer understanding of the connotation and manifestation of the supervision power,This is also the precondition to guarantee the supervision system and the exercise of power by the supervisory organs,to supervise and supervise,to maintain the integrity of the national team and to ensure the normal and orderly operation of the country.While demonstrating the legitimacy of supervisory power,we should improve the legitimacy of supervisory power.This is conducive to speeding up the establishment and improvement of our own national supervisory system with Chinese characteristics during the New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly explaining the writing background and research methods of this paper;the second part.By sorting out the supervisory system of ancient China,foreign countries,Hong Kong and Taiwan,and the national administrative supervisory system before our country,we can understand the manifestation of supervisory power in different periods and countries.Combining with the analysis of the nature,content and status of the supervisory power,this paper expounds the concept and composition of legitimacy,and puts forward the main methods of demonstrating the legitimacy of the supervisorypower in this paper;The third part is the analysis of the value level of the legitimacy of the supervisory power in China;the fourth part is the analysis of the form level of the legitimacy of the supervisory power in China;The fifth part elaborates and classifies the reasons and ways of supervision,and explains the significance of supervision to the legitimacy of supervision power.
