Research On Optimization Of Emergency Management Mechanism Of Xi'an XZ Private College

Although private universities are an important part of higher education,the conditions of running schools are far from those of public colleges and universities.Due to the influence of external factors and internal factors,the probability of emergencies in private colleges is higher than that in public schools,and the difficulty of emergency management is greater than that of public colleges.In dealing with emergencies,there are obvious differences between public and private schools.Therefore,when scholars study emergencies in colleges and universities,Some people have made a detailed study on the emergency management of private colleges and universities.Taking XZ College of Xi'an as an example,this paper deals with the emergency situation of XZ College in Xi'an.The present situation of emergency management is analyzed and explained.The key point is to analyze the problems and reasons of emergency management,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.On the one hand,it can enrich the theory of crisis management in private colleges and universities.At the same time,it also makes full use of limited resources for Xi'an and other private colleges and universities in other cities,to effectively prevent unexpected events,to achieve harm stop-loss,to rehabilitate,to improve the scientific nature of school management,and to improve the standardization of school management.It is of practical significance to reduce the occurrence and harm of school emergencies,to maintain the safety and image of the school and to provide suggestions and countermeasures.This article uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the case analysis method,takes Xi'an XZ private college as the research case,uses the questionnaire method to study the school emergency management system construction and the operation situation has made the concrete analysis.It is concluded that the deficiencies in the emergency management of XZ College are mainly reflected in the imperfection of the system mechanism,the low attention of the managers,the lack of safety knowledge education and psychological intervention,and the insufficient prevention of some unexpected situations.This has led to more serious emergency management problems.The innovation of this paper is that through the setting of questionnaire and the analysis of data,the real situation of emergency management in Xi'an XZ University is obtained,and the specific reasons are analyzed in view of the specific problems.On the basis of this,feasible measures are put forward.The conclusion has certain reference value for the improvement of the present situation of emergency management and the optimization of the mechanism of the private colleges and universities in our country.The author expects to maintain the safety and stability of colleges and universities and build a harmonious environment of the campus through the way of case study.Even make due contribution to social development,will also provide reference for other organizations or other areas of emergency management.
