A Study On Emergency Management Of Universities' Unexpected Incidents In Tai'an

The current macro and micro background require colleges and universities to establish and integrate emergency management mechanism,but because of the society,universities,students,parents and other reasons,The issues to discuss emergency management of colleges and universities don't have a in-depth discussion.The author starts research on this basis.In this paper,the author analyzes the university emergencies,emergency management,emergency management mechanism and other related concepts,identifies the theoretical basis,characteristics and principles of university emergency management,university emergency management of the common methods for university emergencies.And emergency management mode in colleges and universities is similar,after that teachers and students do not play an early warning role in the prevention of emergency management.Emergency management problems in colleges and universities are: College emergency management systematization and emergency management plan are not perfect,emergency management plan implementation process is not standardized,emergency management start level is unclear,emergency management level implementation and supervision is not in place,emergency management supervision mechanism is not perfect.Analysis of the causes is: social factors and the quality of college students themselves factors.Therefore,it is necessary to draw lessons from foreign good methods,formulate reasonable countermeasures and improve the emergency management level of colleges and universities,for example,formulate reasonable emergency management plans,form clear emergency management process,set emergency management level standards,emergency management plan emergency management level start conditions,in accordance with the emergency management level to start the implementation of conventional emergency management conditions;the establishment of emergency management team to implement the emergency management of the regulatory work,the establishment of emergency management responsibility mechanism.The innovation of this paper lies in the innovation of the research objects and research methods.The object of the study is the problems of emergency management in universities.The paper chooses colleges and universities in Tai'an,combining theory and practice,method of special and general combining,summed up the general rules of university emergency management,to provide a reference for some related research.The research methods is on the basis of The research of questionnaires,through the line survey,obtain first-hand information and make related statistical analysis using SPSS software.On this basis,universities integrate University emergency management system,form the formation of appropriate emergency management process,so that in the event of unexpected events in the future,universities can be respond to the corresponding emergency management system response level,and achieve standardized management.
